Parents of Preschoolers (4-6)

Your preschooler's personality is becoming more defined! This is an opportune time to provide them with opportunities to develop according to their natural bent.

The 10 Commandments are God's basic laws for life and children should be encouraged to memorize them and more importantly, understand and follow them. They can also know that the principles they learn from the Bible should guide their lives.

You are but the earthly steward of your child's life. Rather than constantly fearing that your children will lose out, entrust them to the Lord and raise them in partnership with Him, asking for His help and wisdom.

What seems today a trivial bad habit can eventually become part of our child's character. Help them develop a healthy fear of God and experience God's power that enables them to choose what is good and right.

Parents have the responsibility of imparting values to children in this critical period of development. Begin by first identifying your own values as a family.
